The art of change
Taking off your mask

Welcome

The art of therapy encourages people to reach in and grow from the inside out. The goal is for you to become the person you are and to teach you to listen to your spirit.
Dr. Pennington is an artist of the mind and the canvas. He gives you the tools to find your authentic self and teaches you how to use them.

The heart and soul of therapy

Dr. Pennington has been connected to people and their vibrations, spirit and being since he was four and a half.  He senses where people are, their pain, joy and spirit and helps them reconnect with their radical self.

The art of the radical self.
The art of recovery.

If you look into the eyes of a baby you see a being connected to the Universe being their radical self. Society then takes them and places them in a box with rules. Slowly they are stripped of their conscious connection with the Universe.

It is time to treat all people with love and respect. We can give each other the tools of evolution and synergy to become a totality of being who you are.

From the moment we are born we are recovering. We are learning to fill our selves with externalized objects to feel better about who we are.

This is part of our path/our journey to reconnect with ourselves and one another.
